Policies and Guaranties

All Mugs Of Hugs should be treated as if they were a bouquet of flowers or a nicely decorated cake. They should be given as soon as possible to minimize the risk of damage to the expression. They are made with the expectation of being disassembled, just like cutting into a beautiful cake.

The arrangement you see in the picture may not exactly resemble the expression you receive. This is an artistic expression not an assembly line gift. We do reserve the right to substitute various items as we see fit.

All Mugs Of Hugs creations will come gift wrapped with a bow and an enclosure card attached. If the gift is being sent directly to the recipient, and you would like us to write a message on the card for you, please fill out the message section in the checkout page. Glue lines will be provided for you to attach a gift card to the back of the enclosure card if you so choose.

We put a great amount of love and attention to detail in every Mug of Hugs. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is top priority to us. If you are not satisfied with the overall presentation or something has been damaged in shipping we will be glad to work with you to correct the situation. Our Shipping Policies

You can expect to receive your gifts within 7 to 10 days of ordering excluding Sundays. Each item will be made and shipped within 2 to 3 days of placing your order. We use Priority shipping on all products. Expected shipping time is 3 to 5 days. We also provide UPS ground, which takes one to five days, next day or 2nd day air if you need your gift sooner. UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, so please keep this in mind when ordering. We will send you a confirmation email stating we received your order and another email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
